The following six areas represent the most important provisions in habjee's Terms & Conditions. All members are expected to be familiar with each.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use habjee. One account per person is permitted. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
All transactions are processed in BDT via habjee's supported payment methods. Deposits are credited promptly upon confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
All bonuses offered by habjee are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploiting promotional terms constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture.

habjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the habjee Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. habjee actively monitors for duplicate account activity and will close all duplicate accounts, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of this information changes.
habjee reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership. Documents commonly requested as part of KYC include:
Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, habjee may impose restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay on your account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your habjee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.
habjee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all habjee Members from the account security settings panel. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify habjee support immediately at [email protected]. habjee will take reasonable steps to secure the affected account pending investigation.
habjee will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from the sharing of your credentials with a third party.
All financial transactions on the habjee Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). habjee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your habjee wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. habjee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to fund your account and that is registered in your name. habjee may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
habjee reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account flagged for suspicious activity, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, habjee will notify the Member and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any funds are forfeited.
habjee offers various promotional bonuses to its Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for habjee bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, video poker, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your account without notice.

In the event of a disputed game outcome, habjee's records and the records of the relevant game provider shall be considered definitive. habjee will investigate all credible dispute submissions and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Sports betting markets, odds, and availability are subject to change at habjee's discretion at any time prior to the settlement of a bet.
Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to habjee's acceptance and maximum liability limits. habjee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match manipulation, odds errors, or system malfunction.
Settlement: Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing body. In the event of a void or postponed event, habjee's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook will apply. Bets on events cancelled without a result being declared will typically be refunded at stake.
In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. habjee may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided, regardless of the odds displayed at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the habjee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and minimum thresholds.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, habjee reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full, including real-money deposits, pending investigation and/or as a penalty for the breach, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting habjee support. A request for voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets or active bonus wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the habjee Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of habjee's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, habjee's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the habjee Platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their habjee account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
habjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment, even if habjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
habjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from harmful components. habjee shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, third-party system failures, or governmental action.
habjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, habjee will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the hero section of this page.
Your continued use of the habjee Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure via habjee support.
